My 15 year old son has just been sent a letter from the PF to attend court in Feb on 4 counts (assault, threats, breach of the pease etc along with another 18 year old boy). My son has offended in the past (breaking into cars for money to pay pff drugs)this was dealt with at a childrens hearing but this incident happened the day before the hearing so has gone to court. He states that he is not to blame this time but is scarred that if he does not plead guilty before he is 16 it will be worse for him (he is 16 in April). I need to get a lawywer as he needs to attend court on 11 Feb. What do you think?
