The deed is in mine and my brothers name, my mother who is in a nursing home now has a paper that states she can live in the house as long as she pays the bills and does all the up keeps on it. My dad still lives there and his name is not on anything to do with the house. He states that it is not mine or my brothers untill my mom pass's. he fights with me about the property any time i try to do anything on it, i wnat to know what i can do to get him out of the house. My parents have not done ANY up keep on the house at all. He tell me all the time that he is going to call the cops to have me removed from the property
