How to reply with a legal letter to an apology from Harvey Nicholls

to all intents and purposes I received an apology from harvey nicholls after a security guard threw me out HN because he said I caused a disturbance. He accused me of having been banned from HN and for that had security guards embarrass me and threw me out HN - no reasoning. however the apology has conditions and is a deal - that they will let me back into HN if I promise not to cause any disturbance in the future otherwise I am banned. I haven't replied as I would like legal advise the point is my civilian rights - they are making a deal between their money and me as a vulnerable individual which is aggressive and oppressive. I would like to know how to reply to make sure that although I accept to all intents and purposes to act lawfully when shopping at HN but I am in no way enslaved/ indebted or have any bond or legal obligation or attachment to HN. I will forward the correspondence between myself and HN. thank you
