i was staying in a hotel with my partner & a friend came to see us. he was rude & offensive to the staff & broke a mirror on the door in anger. the hoetl staff made us all leave & now blaming all on me as the hotel room was on my name. they say that i have to pay all the damage that was caused, even though it was not me that caused it. where do i stand on this?
