help advise needed

Can anyone advice me please,
i have not worked for 20 years
i am on long term incapacity benifit,
i also get DLA,
as far as i know income support pay me
my incapacity benifit
i got married 7 years ago
my husband works full time
just recently,my husband had to deal
with all household duties,as i was in
hospital for 2 months,he asked about
how to pay the rent and council tax,i told him we get it
paid through my benifits
he says we are breaking the law
and that i am not intitled to these benifits
rent council tax benifits or incapacity benifit
i cannot work as i suffer C.R.P.S in both my arms
will someone please advise me asp please
