I have a friend who was just awarded sole custody of her children. The father has always lived in southern ontario and the mother has lived in northern ontario for the past year ( in her hometown ). One child is going to school another isn't even 2 yet. The court is forcing her to move down south even though it would dirupt her children's lives ( school, friends, family etc. ) Is there anything she can do to be able to stay in her home up north?
