i am 24 aged women, my date of birth 22-06-1986,. i do not have brothers and sisters ,my father expired on may 1997 after 5 years my mother forced me to marry a person who is 35 aged person .i do not know anything about marriage at that time because i was 15 years girl at that time. at last i got married on 27-02-2002. after marriage only i finished my inter,degree and mca. i have passed out from mca on 2010. i do not have any physical relationship with my husband ,i respect him as my father. he also treated me like his daughter . when i was in my mca 2nd year i fell in love with a person who is studying in my neighbor college. that guy also know everything about my life,. we both want to marry and wants live together . recently i asked my husband to give divorce to me.but he is not agreeing for that because of family prestige. what should i do now? i can not live with out my lover,.i want to marry him and wants to live with him. i am crying a lot because my life is like this. i got marriage when i was in 15 age ,at that time i do not know anything about life ,but now i am in correct age to select a life partner but already my life finished.
my question is ,,, i got marriage when i was in minor age so is that marriage valid or not? with out taking divorce from my husband can i marry my lover?
please advice me please. in which way shall i proceed? i am house arrested now sir/madam please reply me with your suggestion please
