If over the limit on a breath test the morning after the night before is it still a 12 month ban?

For Certain! If youre impaired, youre impaired, even the morning after. You can be charged with impaired even if youre on pain killers, or over tired! With the new laws, you'll be banned from driving for a year, minimum, a $1,000 fine and if driving a car, will have to install a breathalizer machine in the car, $2500 cost to you, and take a remedial course which lasts about three months.
If you dont take, and pass the course you wont get your licence back.
