I reside in Maryland and purchased a motorcycle from a private seller in maryland. Title is signed and everything but i didnt know it had to be notorized, so i can have the title in my name. now the seller wont contact me back through email or calls, I ahve contacted him many times and nothing how do I get the new title in my name? Or do I need to sue, please any help will do.
