Starting a Business While in Bankruptcy

I am unemployed and filed for bankruptcy 3 weeks ago. I have an opportunity to start a small business where I'll be the only employee. Am I allowed to start a business while still in bankruptcy or do I have to wait until it is discharged. It is a personal bankruptcy.
