my father passed away in aug 08 the government failed to process thre info and subsequently there was an over payment of cpp an old age in feb of 09 i started recieving letters demanding the overpayment back i had advised them that there was no money in the estates as it went on his pre auth payments i did not have time to cancel since than they have suggested i sell property threatened to take my child tax and any other money i recieved from the government to repay my fathers debts. what can i do bout this intimidation and harassment as it has made me ill i am a single un-employed mother of two kids and need this to end
