My company operates a quarterly bonus. They have not paid me the second quarter - April/May/June, because I gave my resignation before the payable day. I resigned from my position on the 26th July and my last day was 25th Aug. The pay day of the quarter 2 bonus was 25th aug. I feel that they are abusing their position. I had no idea that back in June I would resign. I find the procedure very unfair.
