hi. my car was impounded today for parking in a firezone at my apartment building. i had no choice but to park there since there weren't anymore spaces available unless I parked on the complete opposite side of the complex. The vehicle was impounded sometime in the morning and retrieved approximately 4 pm. I was charged $250 PLUS a $50 storage fee. I called 2 other towing companies and they told me the normal charge is $80-$180. How can I file a complaint for overcharge??
