I have been refused employment by walmart due to a background check that revealed an arrest from 4 years ago. However, I had been working for walmart for over 3 years prior to this refusal. Therefore I am thinking this is discrimination.
secondly, I had abruptly quit a pt job due to the fact I was almost hit by a car coming hm on my bike. Therefore my u c benefits were frozen. I need them re opened to survive
