I have a problem with a Los Angeles school, a school of english called Language System International.
Three months ago I was going to Los Angeles for studying English at Language System International. Unfortunately my visa was denied. Since June, I’m trying everyday to get my money back. I have the right to receive my 200$ (first tuition deposit). Unfortunately I don’t have many options to receive this money. Luana Vieira from Downtown Language System told me: “You can receive by check or by bank transfer, but if you want by bank transfer, we’ll charge you 45$”. So, I can’t be harmed. I have the right to receive all my 200$. Three months ago, Luana Vieira sent me a check by mail. The check spent 90 days to get here in Brazil. When it got here, the check had expired. So, I have contacted Luana Vieira by e-mail, and she told me to send the check to the Language System again. She told me that when the check to get at Language System, she’ll send me a new check. But, I’m completely sure that the new check will spent 90 days or more to get here and one more time I won’t receive my money.

Unfortunately, It does not possible to talk with them.They only think about in the Language System. They don’t care about the students. I’m trying to negotiate with them since June, because I have the right to receive my 200$. So, if they don’t want to give me other option, I’ll take other steps.

I wanna sue them and to claim a indemnity.I need urgently of a lawyer with contingent fee.

So, What can I do??
