Hi,

I am currently on a Spouse Visa in the UK. My wife claims Housing Benefit and Working Tax Credits. I live in arented house, have passed my Life in the UK test and work with my wife who is self employed.

Now when I apply for ILR, would my wife's situation (help from public funds) affect the decision that the Home Office make???

She is a British national (born and grew up here).
