I was convicted with harrasing my ex girlfriend a few months ago- I was given a suspended sentence and have a tag for 6 months, Sunday Monday Tuesday and wednesday 8pm till 6am. Not on a Thursday Friday or Saturday because they wanted me to keep the job I have in a pub over the weekend. I also have a restraining order which stops me communicating with her in anyway.

For about the last 3 weeks however, she has been coming in my pub with her friends and shouting abuse over the bar at me. I have not retaliated or said a word back but I don't need this hassle. Is she breaching the restraining order?
