Retaliation or Hostile Environment?

Posted in Harassment about 1 year ago, 0 replies

I have been retaliated against a couple times from my old Mgr who has now moved to another position. The EEOC said I filed a claim past the time frame so they couldn't help. My old Mgr is working in our same deptmnt for consultants, and has told my new Mgr that I did something wrong, and I was called in the office and told I did something serious and they are going to let me know what it is in a week--that was 5 weeks ago and I still am stressing out over it and wondering what I could have done. I have been told I can no longer do half of the job I was doing even though my pay or title has not changed. Is this considered something I can pursue for harassment or hostile work environment-how can I prove it could be retaliation if I don't know what I did wrong? I have been there almost 20 years, get along great with everyone, and do my job to the best of my ability with good evals, and don't want to leave, but I can't stand it anymore. Any help is appreciated!
