I bought a 5th wheel travel trailer, left a deposit, got a receipt including when it was to be picked up by me, and now I find the guy is trying to sell it for more money! What can I do and who should I contact? He will not answer my phone calls, I have left messages and still he has not called back. Please help ASAP, as I have to pick up the 5th wheel by this Friday or lose my deposit. 5th wheel located in Skagit county, I am in Grant Co.
