after I hurt my back at work i was told if it ever hurt again to let my supervisor know, and he would move me. When I did let him know it was hurting his exact reply was "I don't know what the F@#*, you want me to do about it, you're in the lease strenuous machine of everyone in the factory" another time i asked to use one of my holiday's for a day off, and I got the impression he wouldn't give it off to me, unless i told him exactly why I wanted it off, when i told him i had an appt he wanted to know what kind of appt, so i told him a Dr's appt, then he wanted to know what for. I am off on sic leave now, and have been diagnosed with major depression as a result of work.
