my husband and i live in al state, i lost my job our second baby was just born and is sick all our income goes to medical bills and we cannt afford to pay even minimum in other bills, we are behind on ourmortgage and we are 20k in debt. My husband income got low, his family offered us to come to wa state where they can help us with place to stay so we could start everything over we thinking to do bankruptcy where should we file here in al? or when we move to wa state?
