When me and my ex husband divorced i did not seek my half of marital estate instead I retained a $30,000 judicial lein on the home.The home is now being forclosed on and he did not list me as a lien holder on documents, My lein is on file at the courthouse but do I have any recourse or any other options in this matter?The home is due to close the end of this month so Im in a hurry.
