I bought a condo in Toronto which has a north east corner view - all windows. It was determined that due to pour air circulation in the room, the lower section of the windows are much colder than the top allowing for condensation and/or ice forming. Is the builder legally responsible to correct this issue? Should I proceed with legal action as they refuse to respond to my inquiries?
