Recently cancelled my direct debit too them and joined another. I felt there gym was unsafe, they have had a leak coming through the ceiling since well before I joined. It looks as if it could cave in at any moment, when I asked when it would be fixed I was told it had been like that for over a year and that Kenny(the manager) did not wish to spend any money. Recently I was phoned and told they would take me to court, do I have any rights in cancelling the contract due to worries over my safety?
