withdrawal from partnership

I entered into a partnership in my friends LLC company n October 2008.I was given all fake account details of the company.Now i came to know that the comapny has a liability of a huge amount.I am sacred if all this liability will come over me as the partner is out of the country.I informed my friend that i wanted to move out the partnership,he told me he wont be commin to the UAE any time soon.I would like to know if i can move out of the partnership even if he does not come to UAE.Please do help.

I have a printer broker(sales) business with a partner for 3 1/2 years where 90% of the business comes from me. The partner doesn't justify his salary..The repeat business accounts I brought into this the C corporation where I did not sign any agreement with my partner, Can I take out my book of business and start another corporation without giving him any type of notice then dissolve existing Corporation with him? let me know
