I rented a room to a woman for a year in san Diego, CA.
Just verbal to pay rent and to give 30 before leaving.
She gave two days notice and did not pay rent.
She is now suiing me for $300 deposit that she said I took.
Is she responcible for the rent? am I responcible for deposit?
