I got fired from my jon at a long term care facility because a resident claims I told her to "Shut her mouth" and that i refused care. I never said that to her and I did take care of her even after she screamed at me. There was one witness that verified what I said and they still fired me. They said I could of told the resident to shut up when the witness wasnt there but its the residents word against mine and they still let me go. Also reported me to the Department of Health. What do I do to help myself since there were no witnesses?
