Not been paid for 3 months, can i leave?

I am employed in greece for 11 months and have not been paid for 3 months, my IKA stamps have been paid. I want to leave but am worried that I will lose any unemployment benefits. Am I entitled to unemployment benefits if I leave or do I need to be fired, which is what i have been told.

Hello. Preserving health by too severe a rule is a worrisome malady.
