What are my rights as a Beneficary in my mothers will. My brother and sister are trustees what does this mean. My mother passed away 2010. She died in oregon and the will and trust was drawn up in Nevada. I live in Washington and one of the trustees lives in CA., and has told me to not call her anymore.
