hi i have just claimed ppi back from a loan i have done it through a credit company, i signed for them to take 12.5% from me, after the claim had been accepted they then sent me an invoice for 25% i asked for a copy of where i had signed they sent the copy where i had signed but it was all crossed out and been changed to 25%, where do i stand?
