Could lose liscence of red light offence

I'm on a p sa liscence recieved a red light ticket in post. If i accept responsibility for it, i will lose my liscence. What would be my best action to take and if i appealed what would the chances be of keeping my liscence?

if appeale then you might not lose it but then again you might but if it was me i would tell what happened or you might just get a warning
