Which Countries do "not" have a bi lateral or extradition treaty with the united states? I have seen the wikipedia article, and have others answer this question in the past by copy and pasting that information. However that list does not have about a dozen countries on it, there are actual 2nd and 3rd world countries, so it cannot be accurate. Can someone please show me the right answer, or tell me how to find it out for myself?
