Am i being unlawfully evicted? If landlord change their mind can i still leave?

i have been complaining about ants in my apartment for the whole 9 months that i have been staying there. the last time i called my landlord, she called her boss(the owner) and he told her that i was liable for the inside and they would do the hallway but that's not what my lease says. So i asked for the owners number to speak with him and she tells me that he don't want to speak with me and i go to tell her that was outrageous and she proceeds to start hollering at me and my momo asked her to calm down and she started hollering at my mom by the end of the conversation of me staying calm she hung up on me three times and told me to move out by June 1st and that she is tired of this and hung up again. i tried to call her back but she silenced my calls, sent me to voicemail and picked up the phone and immediately hung up and June 1st is in 3 days and then a hour later she calls me and tells me that she meant July 1st and she still wants my rent. I didn't agree. So am i able to leave on June 1st without paying rent since she said that she was letting me out of my lease or am i supposed to wait? Isn't this unlawful eviction?

What your landlord is doing is completely illegal. If she evicts you, for whatever reason, she must take you to court. She simply can not just tell you to move out.

Good luck!
