i have a question regarding background checks. i had previously worked at walmart. prior to that in oct of 06 in another state i had a public misdemeanor. yet they did their check then and hired me. I worked at that store till June 2010. when i tried to reapply, the pre-mentioned misdemeanor showed up, and they wouldnt rehgire me.
isnt this dicrimination?
