me and my partner bought a caravan from my uncle & auntie and we pitched it where they had it. It was our first weekend there just gone as we bought the caravan a week ago. We was discriminated for our young age and was unufairly treated. We paid one thousand pounds to pitch our caravan until the end of october. I spoke with the owner this morning to discuss this but she was also rude. I asked for a refund she said they dont give refunds. I don't want to spend that much money not to enojy it and to feel this uncomfortable. please help me on where i stand. Can i get my money back. I have not signed nothing.
