i was pulled over in my car a few days ago, the officer suspected me of drinking, he asked and i told him i had been, when in fact i was the night before. i took the road side breath test, and am not sure of the results. i was given a 24 hr driving suspension.

4 years ago, i recieved a dui, and a driving while prohibited, and lost my license for 3 years. i have had it back for over a year now.

Will i lose my licence again and for how long?
