When I filed for Ch7 bankruptcy we did not realize that my husband was on one of the accounts. He has now filed Ch7 and the 341 meeting was today. The trustee stated that he would take our truck, sell it to pay off the balance owed on the vehicle and to pay the debt owed on the credit card. What can I do to stop this? It will leave me without a vehicle to go to medical appointments, etc.
