i'm on a Right to Request contract at work as I have children under 6. My employer is trying to change my roster from working 20hrs over 2 days to working them over 3 days and also 1 weekend every 3 weeks. Can they do this? They say if I refuse they will give me 90 days notice. Thanks for your help in advance
