my wife is suing someone and is possibly going to receive a lot of money. i have been there by her side the whole time supporting her and her two kids financially and mentally, and it has taken a toll on us both. she quit her job to deal with the legal aspects of this case and plus mentally she couldnt handle a job right now. i support her and my two step children 100% financially and have been doing so for two years. my question is if i divorce her before the lawsuit is finished and in the end she receives a significant amount of money would i be entitled to any of it?
