I signed company Policy (2011/08/21) one day before when I signed my application form and contract (2011/08/22) .Company Policy I was signed 3 and a half years ago, now I have some issue at work and company said that by this document what I was signed (company Policy) I was doing procedures not correctly how I was trained .I wondering if company policy was signed before then I was signed application form and contract it is still validate or not? And by this company policy I supposed get training, but I never get.
