Children's aid took me to court for a protection order with no grounds. Can I send my daughter to live with her dad out of province without reprecutions. I know they have a lot of rights,more so then the police. I hate them and they ruin lives. I want to send her to him before they try and take my daughter I'm scared I don't stand a chance in court against them. They lie and manipulate. Please help
