I'm working for X company based in the UK for 2 years. When I applied online there was salary information that my basic pay will be first 6 months - 335,72 £ and next 6 months it will be increased up to 352,85 £. And after 1 year employment with the company -369.97£.
At the moment after 2 years of employment with the company my basic pay which on the payslip is 347£ per week
After some correspondence with head office I was told that some bonuses that I really have have been included in the basic pay advert.
My question is : can basic pay include any bonuses or allowances ???
