do i have to pay or not

i got an electricity bill 4 £990.94 on the bk is says about a bill dated 18 feb to 20 may and replaces our charges of £566.80 including vat of £26.34 but i never got this bill can any 1 help me on where i stand if i have to pay all of it bk
