Hi,
Well I am having a problem with my house owner.Few years ago we stopped giving rent to him coz of his misbehaviour.Now we have the six months old electricity bill and telephone bill(of our own on that address) .Also having voter identity card(8 years old) as we are living there since 20 years. Now owner has filed the case .So could you please tell me what proof should i need to collect to fight against him.And is there any legal way to renovate the house as its in worst condition and might harm .He is very rude.
