please can you help my partner was convicted on friday for section 18. Although he has pleaded guilty i feel his sentence was to steep he has got no previous convictions just a drink driving charge .he has taken a detox programme for alcohol use and has succesfully completed all councelling sessions and courses which should still have been ongoing for another year he did this off his own back in april.He was sentenced to 3 yrs he was bailed for a year before the date of sentence and was proven not to be a threat to society please can you help i need to no whether it is worth appealing as i have no experience withcourt procedures.
