right of way in ontario

Posted in Real Estate 8 months ago, 0 replies

Our property has a deeded right of way over/through an adjoining neighbour's property that allows for pedestrian access to the waterfront. (development was built in 1997) What is the neighbour allowed to place in this right of way?...ie ..at present, there is a large trampoline and firepit, which basically blocks the 20 ft. right of way. (we have a clear & legal survey with attached schedule describing our allowed right of way over neighbour's lot) (language of right of way document states "for the benefit of the owners (us) of our lot ..from time to time, for the purpose of pedestrian passage to the lake)..should this 20 ft. area not be left completely free of "stuff" and accessible? (ontario property) thanks
