My father has just returned home from Thailand with his wife and two young children after 15 years. Kids are 6 and 2 yrs old. His wife is on a 3 month holiday visa to see if she can get citizenship. When my father went to local health centre with the kids he was told by the health visitor that the children could be sent back to Thailand. Is this true even though the children each have their own British Passports and are legally British? (Children were born in Thailand)
