My question is to do with education law,over the whole of the second year of the course I was on in university.The service that was meant to of been given to me as a student and others was not met. Basically we didn't get what we paid for or
was to a bad standard. Such as teachers being hired who didn't know the subject enough to teach. Head of the course jetting off and leaving teachers who didn't know the subject to take over their lessons. And messing up to the degree that
they admit they did so, but only give 25hrs and a test to make up for a learning module they failed to teach for a year.messing up and delaying students loans
grants for people wanting to get into the 3rd year cause of the delay.So
I'm wondering is there any action that can be taken, when money was paid
to the university to provide a service but it wasn't given to the level it should of been.can I sue if they mess up my degree?
