Hi i just signed up for direct tv and the monthly fee i signed up for was 44.99 which was within my budget but when i got my first bill it was 72 dollars so i called the customer service and they told me that i have to fill out a rebate form online. but when i go online it tells me that i am not eligible for rebate so i called them again and they told me that i have to pay 72 dollars or cancel my service for 470 dollars. Is there anyone who can help me. it was also a two year contract which i was never told about.
