i just wondered how you got on with this, as i am in the same position. i have 2dogs and 1 cat and my ex is standing firm on that she will keep them and i have nothing. but i found them and paid for them, tho as same as you i have no proof. its very annoying and its very sad.

I have some what the same problem. My girlfriend and I got two puppies about 4 months ago. They are alaskan malamute siberian husky mix. I told her we would get them, but if anything ever happened to us I got to keep the dogs. She agreed to this but I have no way of proving it. Now she is saying they are hers after I've taken care of them from day one. How can I keep my Babies? Somebody please help me to keep my dogs.
